We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately, including details such as color, size, and appearance. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colors or details with complete accuracy. All products are sold “as is.”

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for physical or digital products.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout. We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, debit cards, and major credit cards.
Buy-now-pay-later services are subject to the terms of each provider. Any disputes must be handled directly with that provider.
Orders will not be processed if payment is declined.
4. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

Processing Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically require 2–3 business days. During sales or promotional events, processing and shipping times may be delayed due to higher order volume.

Shipping Time: Domestic delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. International delivery may take 7–14 business days. All timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Returned or undeliverable packages may incur additional re-shipment fees.
5. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address is correct and accessible.

Digital files or download links will remain available for 30 days from the date they are delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save the file(s) within that timeframe. After 30 days, access may expire and replacement links are not guaranteed.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital products under any circumstances.
6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of physical products—including but not limited to hair extensions and beauty essentials—we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes digital products.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review all details carefully before checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All digital and physical product content—including guides, downloads, product images, brand names, and website content—is the property of QueenLashae LLC. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
QueenLashae LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers experiencing an issue with their order are strongly encouraged to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed for an order that complies with our Terms (including final sale products and confirmed deliveries), we will provide documentation to dispute the claim.
Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
