When you make a purchase, you provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. This information is used strictly to process your order and communicate order-related updates. We may occasionally send promotional or marketing emails. You may opt out at any time.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Credit card and payment information is securely processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our website.
Shipping Policy
To ensure accurate delivery, please carefully review your shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable. We only ship to the billing address on file. Any order submitted with a mismatched billing and shipping address will be automatically canceled for fraud prevention purposes.
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• Shipping after dispatch: 3–5 business days
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Estimated delivery times range from 7–14 business days depending on destination. Customs delays, duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
We strongly recommend placing orders in advance. We are not responsible for late, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Digital Products
Digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. All digital product sales are final. Digital items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Downloads remain available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This policy is enforced due to the nature of our products particularly hair extensions and beauty essentials which cannot be resold once opened or tampered with, in order to maintain health and hygiene standards.
